Applying discount to existing contract

Hi there.

I've been given a corporate discount from my new job. I talked to someone from EE today who confirmed multiple times that I can apply it to my existing contract. They said I just need to do it through my 'company portal'. I went though the portal and got my discount code but after researching it looks like I cannot apply my discount to my current existing contract?

Could anyone please confirm whether or not I can apply the code to my existing contract.

@zoebirch That depends on how long you’ve had this current contract for. You only have 30 days from taking out the contract to have any discount applied to it. If your over 30 days it can not be applied. You’ll have to wait till you upgrade.
