Ee perk deactivated

My ee perk account has been deactivated as I did not do the registration in time. Is there anyway this can be sorted to get the EE perk codes? I have called 150 and there is no option to speak to anyone about it.

Hello,

I am having the same issue. Tried to reset my password but says I already have an account. When I try to log in to the account it says it has been deactivated. Can someone please help with this otherwise I’m unable to upgrade.
