All rounder plan

Hello,

I am trying to take out a new contract and it’s coming under the all rounder which states I get a free inclusive add on. When I click TNT the £20 a month is being included. Is this right? Or do I leave the ad ons and then activate the free add on once I’ve received the sim etc?

@NLTFC If you do that it’ll cost you. You should get an opinion to select the inclusive extra

I will suggest to wait very similar situation happened to me when I went to claim Apple Music , they text you a link but on my case it redirect me for a charge and I have to call customer service and they couldn’t do much , only redeem another service (Apple TV +) I don’t know if it is an error with the link it is sent.

I see. It clearly states I get a free add on but they’re all increasing the monthly cost when I add one. Not a great system or start to joining…lol
