XBOX GPU - Wont allow me to activate the pass

I recently upgraded my plan and added the XBOX GPU feature to my SMART Plan but when trying to activate it I am getting error messages. I click activate on the ee.co.uk/xbox page, a pop up then appears stating 'To activate and start enjoying your new stuff, you'll need to make a quick visit to our partner's website'. I am then taken to the Microsoft website and when logged in I just get an error:

If you continue to see this error I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team on 150.
