Last month however I had a charge for it to my bank account. I resulted EE on the micrsoft account and this month they've charged by EE bill directly. Phoned EE and they gave me a phone number for microsoft and offered no help. The phone number you can't speak to anyone. Anyone else have a problem woth this.
