Trouble logging in to perks

I am having trouble logging in to the perks account keeps saying not valid, try to change password not receiving a link, what do I do, please help

seems like a lot if people have had trouble

I am new to this site, this is the first time logging in, now tried numerous times ‘ can’t log in

To log in to your EE Perks account you must register for an account first.

Have you been able to do this and verify your account via email?

I have checked spam nothing there

will I have verification go to my work email or personal email ?

I cannot see my work email at the moment

i have received verification email to my work email, tried verifying but keeps saying account has been deactivated !!! Why

i am getting nowhere with this each stage keeps showing an error

Is it email ? I am still having problems, I have tried to verify account on my work email now saying it has been deactivated, when I try logging in again, password not correct, try changing still having problems
Don’t know know what to do !
