inclusive extra on additional line

hi, i recently upgraded my contract, and upgraded the addtional line on my contract at the same time,

i have been using the xbox game pass inclusive extra on my line for some time now and i have transferred that over to my new contract succesfully.

the additional line on my contract is my partners. she now has an inclusive extra which i would also like to use for an xbox game pass subscription. it is showing as selected and active according to my account but theres no way to link it to the relevant microsoft account.

this upgrade is pretty recent
