Cancel AppleTV+

Hello,

I would like to cancel Apple TV+. Apple website does not allow cancellation. It says to cancel through EE. EE app does not show this as an option to cancel.

Please help. Thanks

What type of subscription do you have?

Is it the six months free offer, an inclusive extra or a chargeable add-on?

You'll receive a text message reminder from EE a few days before your trial ends. Just follow the instructions to cancel.

@NavrajMakena You can cancel this via your account. Click add ons and you’ll see it there just click it and then remove the add on.

Sorry, but no, you can't see it anywhere. It just keeps offering you more adds on. Trying to cancel it for over an hour and it's impossible.

Hi @Stmsd,

Welcome to the EE Community

You should be able to remove an add-on via your online account on the website or app. If you first navigate to the add-ons section you should then see a list of Your active add-ons in app or Currently active add-ons if you are using the website.

On the app you need to tap the add-on you are looking to remove and it should take you to the add-on page with a Remove button.

On the website when you open the dropdown menu for Currently active add-ons, removable add-ons will have a Remove button on the right hand side along from the add-on.

Should be able to ..... but cannot. Annoying. I guess I can wait until I get the cancellation email - but will I ?
