Talk to someone about TNT sports

I’ve tried to activate sports by texting 150.
It tells me it’s active, it’s not.
I try calling but select option 1 and then get a link to a browser which tells me it’s actives (round I go), or select 2 and can’t do anything apart from threaten to leave EE.

how can I talk to a human to activists TNT please?

If you log into the EE app and select add-ons, do you have TNT Sports showing?
