EE perk not working

Hello,

I’m looking for help. I’ve generated 3 codes from EE perks which are saying invalid when put into the promo code section at checkout. I’m trying to upgrade to a 12 month sim only which has no discount to it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for coming here.

Have you been able to check your basket to ensure there is no multi-line discount applied?

This is usually 10%.

There’s definitely not discount applied - it’s showing as £27 to buy and in basket

What SIM are you selecting @Lk988?
