20% perks discount , doesn’t work

I think l was mislead, l only wanted to pay £30 per month for a contract now paying over £40 and the nhs perks doesn’t work l have the codes but no where to put them to get 20% off my monthly bill, had the contract 7 weeks is there any legality that l can lower the monthly payment

To add a perk code after ordering, you would need to call us on 150 within the first 30 days to get this added.

Did you enter the perk code when ordering?

Yes l did add the perk code , l rang 150 but that was a month ago and l never did get the 20% discount and when l rang again today, that particular code didn’t work, so gave another code which 150 took and registered but my point is, l was told l could get 20% discount to bring my monthly contract down to £32 from £40 , my past five years l have only ever paid £15-£20 per month now it’s doubled and l have had the phone 7 weeks and cannot afford it now
