I also can’t log into my EE perks account, I tried changing the password but it’s not sending the link to my email.

it doesn’t recognise the password so I have tried do do password reset but it’s not sending the link to my email

Could you have originally registered with a different email address @Shaz741?

It won't necessarily be the same one you use to log in to My EE.
