Can someone assist please.

I have just upgraded my phone and therefore started a new contract.

I am trying to log into my EE perks account in order to obtain my discount code but I am unable to log in.

I have requested to reset my password several times but no emails have come through to be able to do this.

Can someone advise how I can obtain my discount code.

Hi @Roszex15,

Have you tried a password reset on all of your email accounts in case you registered with a different one?

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried my work email and both my personal email addresses to try and log in. I have also tried them all to request a new password reset but I did not receive an email to any of these.
