Hello. I recently bought a galaxy S4 phone with an offer of a free Samsung watch. I cannot find anywhere to start the process of claiming the watch. Anyone got ideas or a link.tjank you.

Yes I've purchased the S24. I've got the link to claim I'm now wanting EE
to send me a receipt. Going to have to phone them again .

Hello Katie. Yes I purchased the phone, I've got the link to the claim process, I am now going to contact EE for a recipt to prove I have purchase. Why is everything so difficult.

Yes I did, I've also contacted billing and got an invoice. Sent both on the application for the watch, hopefully I'll be getting one soon. Thanks for your help 👍
