Game Pass Ultimate - Non redeemable

Hi,
I pay for Xbox Gamepass as an included extra with my contract but it's not actually redeemable and I've been charged an additional £12.99 to pay for Gamepass on top of the one I should be getting for free.

I messaged GPU to 150 and they said it's currently unavailable at the moment.

It's been 3 Months now and I've not had the opportunity to use this extra because your team is impossible to get in touch with.

All links on the site say I have gamepass as an extra but there's no actual instruction on how to connect or redeem it so it's completely redundant,

Can someone refund last months extra costs and tell me how to correctly access this extra?

Currently I can only change the extra and not actually redeem it. It's completely stupid.

I have this same issue and I have also been unable to get in touch with the team. I never recieved a text about the Game Pass Ultimate not being available either.
