Hi I have tried to obtain my EE perks password , but unable to receive the code due to the MOD security and not allowing such emails

is there a resolve at all ?

Also having this issue today. Had the 20% perk for past 2 years, upgrade was due tomorrow (22nd Jan) so upgraded last week but just had a text from EE about the perk end and to log in to EE app to get a code but it isn't working at all.

Any help please?

So from the EE app to get the code and it just cycles round and takes me to the home page again. I upgraded early part of this week but never got the perk option when upgraded and the text from yourselves came this morning to say my current perk was ending.
