Hi all,

When I signed up with EE the shop member advised me to use the NHS PERKS codes for discount and this would be applied after my first bill.

I'm now a few months in to my contract and have never had any discount applied. The only reason I agreed an EE contract after leaving O2 was because the staff member worked out I would be saving over £10 per month!

Now it seems that the discounts only apply to new contracts. How can I get mine reinstated?

Welcome to the community.

Did you give the person in-store your perk discount code? The codes can be used on new and upgrading contracts, but have to be given at the point of purchase. Our Mobile Care team can also add the codes within the first 30 days of a new plan.
