Changing allrounder add-on

I'm out of contract and an all-rounder plan seems a cost-effective way of getting TNT sports.

I understand I can change my add-on every 30 days, but how easy is this in reality?

For example, after the Champions League has finished I might want to swap to a roaming pass for the summer holidays. Does the change happen immediately, or do I have to 'switch' 29 days in advance of the final?

Thanks for coming back to the community.

You can change the Inclusive Extra every 30 days in the EE app and the new Inclusive Extra should take effect within 24 hours for you.

Hi Leanne

My TNT sports (via EE season pass) is in cancellation period and ends on Feb 4.

If I switch to the allrounder plan now do I have to choose my extra immediately or can I leave it a couple of weeks so the system doesn't freak out?

You can select the Inclusive Extra and set this up once your current subscription ends 🙂

You will receive a link to activate, please keep the text and activate after Feb 4th.
