Unable to login to EE Perks

I have registered for EE Perks to access the 20% military discount. I received the E-Mail to verify my account which took me to the login page. I entered my email address and password but could not login, I tried again with my personal email address (also registered with EE) both were unsuccessful. I have tried to reset my password using the link but do not receive a reset password email to either my work or personal email account (I checked inbox, junk mail and deleted messages) I have called 150 who were also unable to assist. I then re-registered , received another E-Mail to verify my email address, followed the link and entered my details and again got the message “the login details supplied are invalid”! Can anyone advise how I resolve this issue as I only took the contract because of the 20% discount.
