Applied for the 6 months Free Apple + TV offer in the Add Ons section. I was sent a link for just one free week, not 6 months. Could you please advise? Many thanks!

We've fed this back to a colleague to look into getting this fixed. In the mean time, check out this 'Solved: When I click the link for Apple TV trial, the app says it will "renew" today' article for some instructions.

Hi, I was given a URL back in January for my free 6 months of Apple TV+...and it lead me to the free 7 day trial, so I'm not getting the free 6 months of Apple TV+.

Also, all of the tips for tweaking the URL lead me back to the free 7 day trial.

I'm informed on the EE app that in in July the free subscription is up and I'll start to pay. So, where is my free subscription -I can't find it anywhere.

Have you had a six month trial from EE in the past or is this the first time you've tried to redeem this offer?
