Trying to claim ear buds offer....

Where can I find my invoice number on my receipt. I am trying to claim my rewards, and it's asking for the invoice number.
Also it won't let me enter £0.00 as the amount I've paid but it was an upgrade which I haven't paid anything upfront for. Anyone got any ideas?

Do you have your delivery note or was your phone taking out in store?

Are you able to put the cost of the device in this section of the amount you have paid?

I have a VAT identification number, Trans number or Store number.

How many characters is an invoice number?

I am unsure how many characters the invoice number what they are requesting is.

Me & my husband have both upgraded our contracts over the phone and we too cant claim our rewards for the same reason, its asking for amount paid like you we didnt buy the phone, we paid £30 upfront cost however it wont accept this figure also we want to know which number is the invoice/receipt number it requires to proceed further, on our delivery note it has got customer number, account number and delivery note number so were unsure which it requires.

Does your invoice quote the full value of the phone?

Is it a flex pay plan?

ive submitted my claim using the delivery note number it says claim accepted so will wait and see, the invoice shows the £30.00 upfront fee we paid thats all.

No its not a flex plan.

I am having the same problem...searched through all the documents but no receipt - not given one in store and as far as I can see no receipt in all the emails that sent documents across. So, how can I claim my buds+ ?

I used the long number below the barcode on the store receipt and this was accepted by Samsung
