Acer laptop and office 365 subscription

I purchased the Acer aspire 3 laptop bundle and still haven’t had any information on how to claim the 24 months of Microsoft 365, and 24 months of Norton security. Both are showing in my add ons list on MyEE but I can't see how to activate them on my laptop. My own subscription to Office 365 is about to expire, so I'd really like to activate the sub as that's the main reason I bought the laptop. Can someone tell me how to get these please.
