How do I cancel Apple TV+ contract?

Hi can somebody from EE or within the community please tell me how I cancel my free Apple TV+ subscription. I tried to do it on my iphone but it says I have to cancel via EE. I cannot see anyway of cancelling it on the EE website.

This doesn't work. It says you have to cancel through EE and I cannot find anywhere on the EE website to cancel this subscription. Anyone know how to do this please?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you log into your EE app and select add-ons, do you have the option to cancel the Apple TV+ add-on?

Hi, thanks for the response. No, the add-on section lists the Apple TV+ add on and the date of expiry of the free trial but does not give me the ability to cancel it.

Hi there how did you cancel the Apple TV subscription in the end please. This is the last day I can do it without being charged for the next months and onwards.Like you I can’t find where you were supposed to cancel it

@247liv8ngbest via the EE app click add ons and then select the Apple TV add on and then you can select to remove the add on.

I had to call them on 150 in the end and they did manage to cancel it their end. Apparently you cannot always see the link to cancel it

I managed…..I went on the phone app, made sure it was my number I selected (my sons phone is also on my account) clicked on “active add ons” Apple TV was the first add on in the down and I clicked on it to cancel it
