      <title>Microsoft 365 activation problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I selected Microsoft 365 as my smart benefit add on when I took up my new contract in October but every time I try to activate it, I get sent a text code, input the code and then get a message saying “we are currently experiencing problems please try again later”…I didn’t realise that “later” meant I would still be experiencing problems in over a month?! Any ideas or who to contact would be most gratefully received! Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
