i have the xbox game pass as a perk from EE

however i have linked it the wrong email account on my pc

is there a way to deactive it from the old account and re-activate it to the correct email account

Have you tried the steps in the Change the email address or phone number for your Microsoft account | Xbox Support page to change the email address you used?

Yes I did.

That's did not work

Spoke to EE and they had to remove the perk and then readd it so I could activate to the correct xbox account.
