Apple music inclusive extra

I have received my Samsung s23 FE and should have the apple music as an inclusive extra. I have clicked on the email link but the website will not allow me to create an apple id or sign in. Am I missing something obvious here?

What does it say when you try to set up an Apple ID?

Hi, it asks for "email or apple id", I put in my email address and it asks
for a password, it won't allow me to create an account and there is nothing
about EE either. If I put in a password it says "this apple id has been
locked for security reasons", if I try to reset a password it says
instructions are being sent to an email address v*****.UK, I have no idea
what this is. It's very frustrating.

I haven't, I assumed that by clicking on the link texted to me I would be
taken to a page to set this up but I can't find a way around it

Could you try following the steps on the How to create a new Apple ID – Apple Support (UK) page, does this create the Apple ID?
