I bought my son an Xbox via Ee came with 24 months game pass never received any texts or anything to validate so called Ee today guy really struggled but in the end sent me link to fill out came off phone to find out the link doesn’t work can anyone help please

How long ago did you receive the Xbox? The redemption text message should be automatically sent out 14 days later.

OK, thanks, @Paddymo4. You should have definitely received the original message. Could you try the link the agent sent out using both WiFi and mobile internet please? If it still doesn't work, could you try on a different device?

hi christopher finally after getting a link that works its now saying theres nothing to activate after many phone calls to ee and microsoft and xbox im still no further forward this is so infuriating
