Roam abroad pass

Hi, I have a roam abroad add-on on my business unlimited plan. My understanding is that this allows me to use my data abroad, but i received a text from EE saying I have to pay £2 per day? I'm confused. Can someone clarify?

If you have the Roam Abroad Pass on your account this will over ride the daily fee and you won't be charged.

Please also activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150.

Sorry, but this doesn't help. Because in my case it does not seem to override anything. I'm abroad in the moment, and in the past week I have spend 2 hours connecting with EE to get this working on two separate occasions. They solved in on one occasion, but when I re-entered the country yesterday I received the same automated text saying I need to buy a roaming pass. To say this is frustrating is an understatement.

Do you have the roaming pass showing in your My EE add-ons?

Where are you roaming at the moment?
