EE Not honouring Offer

So today i got a text offering

nice deal, however when i clicked on the link, no such offer existed. Went to the help line, apparently they can't find the offer and it must have been a limited time offer. Limited time offer of 2 hours? From a text that says i have 30 days to redeem it? o

So i asked to put in a official complaint for false advertising, apparently EE has no complaint system? Either EE's advisors are talking nonsense cause they know they've messed up or something is very wrong here.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with that offer. Are there no offers at all after you log in?

offers show but none of them are the ones offered in the text message (closest one is £19 pm more expensive)

they just said they don't have the deal available right now and that it was probably a limited time offer, however the text was only 2 hours old.

@Nadessico EE only sell flex tariffs online at present and your image clearly isn’t one of them and that’s an image of a webpage not the text you was sent. Can you post the actual text message you was sent ?

Said link on there then takes me to that offer asking me to log in to claim it and then the link just goes to the upgrade screen from the normal store with no offer

I don't see anywhere in that text message, details of the offer you've cited. "On your current plan", "these are your options", "find out what deals are available"

@Nadessico I suspect you cannot find that offer online once you login is because all EE tariffs online are flex pay tariffs at present and the one in the image isn’t. Thats a standard tariff/device plan. Customer service are the only ones at present who can still offer these tariff types.

issue is when i contact customer service they deny it's existence and want nothing to do with it.
