I upgraded my phone with galaxy ear buds included. Its been 30 days and I've still not got them.

12th November, samsung galaxy s23.

The buds were included in the plan.

Why wasn't this made clear to me on purchase. I assumed as it appears most are, that the gifts would just arrive. I didn't at all expect to have to 'make a claim' to get any of it. That's bonkers and totally misleading. If people expect their gifts within the 30 days then realise too late they cannot claim for their gifts, they lose them.

This needs to be made clear.

I'm not sure most know this but you actually have to process a claim with Samsung for the galaxy earbud offer. I only found out tonight, I just expected them to be sent out. Without submitting said claim, you will not recieve the gifts or the cashback.

I found it totally misleading information prior, from purchase of your phone you have 30 days to submit the claim.

Kind of bonkers to me but.....I'm sorted. Sort yours 😊
