I purchased the Acer aspire 3 laptop bundle over two weeks ago and still haven’t had any information on how to claim the 24 months of Microsoft 365 personal, and 24 months of Norton security. Can someone tell me how a get these please

I actually can’t find anything on my account, the laptop is not showing up anywhere even though I’ve had it over two weeks now

hello! i ordered my bundle on 4th Dec and still am nowhere near getting anywhere setting up the microsoft 365 personal either! have you had any luck?

EE told me I had to contact acer, acer told me I had to contact Microsoft and Microsoft said as my confirmation email just says Acer Aspire 3 Laptop Bundle and doesnt specify the 365 they cant do anything.

I'm so frustrated as I got this bundle specifically to use 365!

The Acer Aspire 315 laptop bundle comes with Microsoft 365.

If you require proofs please give us another call on 150.
