Hello

I have been trying to purchase a new phone with package but when I put the Family and Friends code in I get the message it is invalid. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Have you read the legal part. Your code may not work becase the tariff or device is already subject to a discount or promotion. You can only have one deal active.

Hi, thanks for reply, as far as I am aware the package I am looking at is not subject to any other discounts

i just built the package up put in code and it said it was invalid
