Hi I got contract and part if the deal I got netflix but I dunno how to sort it out iv phoned ee and they keep keep telling me ti try different department but who ever I speak to cant help me

Did you receive a text with an activation link after selecting Netflix as your benefit?

Does Netflix show in your EE account online?

No I didn't but they told me I got the it but cant tell me how to start it up

Do you have an inclusive extra showing in your EE app add-ons?

If not, can you text PICK to 150 does Netflix show as an option?
