Hi can’t get perk code for NHS discount. Had it before and now says wrong details when trying to reset.

I’ve tried calling EE but the can’t help as EE perk portal has no control over giving the codes. Makes no sense. Want to buy the phone from the shop but can’t without the code. Shop says call 150. 150 say use portal. Portal says nothing.

Hi i'm also having trouble getting a new perk code. login fails and reset email link hasnt arrived. I last had nhs perk 2 years ago for last upgrade, i'm due to upgrade again now. thanks

They reset the perk codes for me then after a week I managed to long in to the perk portal. Got code went to shop and then they say it’s an online code. I wanted to get from shop the iPhone 15 pro max. So in the end I’ve got it directly from Apple and will cancel my contract for 2 phones and Apple Watch. It tho they don’t want you to buy from EE.

The perk code can be used in store, over the phone or online if the plan has no other discount or offer showing.

Not at the Kidderminster store. They would not except it.
got to cancel account now they made it impossible to get from store had to buy direct from Apple
