Apple TV add on

Hi I’m now on a SIM only deal so get an add on every month I can change (currently Apple Music). When I look at additional add ons under entertainment I see Apple TV free for 6 months. When I try to add it I get a message saying ‘we’ve had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while’.
I have tried this several times and get the same. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

Have you had a free Apple Music trial with EE before? Could you try adding it through your EE Online account?

Hi Chris,

No first time with the Apple Muisc add on.

Tried to add it online but get same message. I’ll maybe try ringing 150.
