Hi there,

I have a 30% discount code that can be applied for handsets on a 24 month contract. The 24 month contract that I am looking at is an "upgrade anytime" with an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I understand that there will be an upgrade fee to change devices, but will that 30% discount transfer to the new device?

Hi Leanne,

I'm currently 18 months through my 24 month sim only plan with no existing family and friends discount. I am eligible for a "free upgrade" and I'm looking for phone and plan. A friend of mine has since provided me with the discount code which is ready to be applied onto the new contract.

If I apply the discount code onto the new contract, and later down the line I pay an early upgrade fee to change contracts to a different phone, will the 30% off discount apply to the new contract, or will I need another discount code?

When it's time to upgrade you will be able to retain your Friends and Family discount.
