I’m just wondering how my friends and family discount works. My partner is with Vodafone and she wants to move over to EE. How does she upgrade with the 30% discount applied?

Hi @Azzalow

If your partner sets up a new contract with EE on the EE Shop, there will be an option to 'add gift voucher for the friends and family code to be added, if no other discount or offer is applied.

Your partner can also request a PAC and transfer the number, please see our Transferring Your Mobile Phone Number to EE.
