Unable to enable Apple One Subscription

I've been back and forward with ee / apple with no luck.

Started with a 'this subscription is not available in your country / region' - until an update from apple. Now i'm stuck with a different message (see screen).

iPhone 15 Pro - anyone had similar issues?
