Upgrade any time and pixel 8

I'm on an upgrade any time plan (with a Pixel 7 pro), but when looking for upgrade options the only phone on offer on display is the google pixel fold. I want to upgrade early to Pixel 8 pro in time for the watch promotions.

Is that not possible? Does anyone know?

Yes, you should be able to pre-order on an upgrade. Could you try doing this on a different device/browser to see if you still get the same options?

I did. it didn't help. it eventually got added but only after the promotion was over.

For the future if you can't find what you want on an early upgrade through the web it's best to go into your nearest EE store. Ive found that the store has access to options that may not be visible on the web. Its mainly tied to tariffs available as in some cases you have to increase the monthly charge to above your current one depending on where you are in current contract.

My local store has always succeeded where the website hasn't and you are doubly sure your order has been accept4ed.
