Hi, I am trying to log into my EE Perks Account but have received the message that it had been deactivated due to not registering in time. Any advice please . Thank you

My NHS EE Perks is saying deactivated as wasn't set up in time but when I try to register it says already registered. Please help me reactivate this so I can get the code to use on an upgrade
