Claiming my free watch.

I bought sumsang ultra 23 on 28th September the last day of the phone offer at EE stores and was told I will receive my free watch 15 to 30 working days but until today l have never received my free watch. May l know what is happening and when l can receive my free watch.

I've just rang 150 and they said it's up to 30 days after the 14 day cooling off period. They also said that there should be link on the Samsung website to check when it will be sent. Does anyone have that link, I cannot find anything?

My phone is galaxy S23 ultra l bought it on 28th September the last day of the offer and today is 26th October and l haven't had anything not even a tracking number I ddnt receive any.

Am still waiting for it.

Samsung galaxy 23 ultra on 27th Sept. Spoke to Samsung and they said the watch should be with me before 8th nov.

The free watch for the S23 Ultra is sent direct from EE and you won't need to claim this from Samsung. This will be sent within 30 days.

As I have said, I have spoke to 150 someone there told me it comes direct from Samsung and to contact them! Samsung said I should have it by 8th nov.

When I bought the phone l was told the Samsung company will sent it to my address. That its has nothing to do with the EE company

You should not need to contact Samsung as this offer was an EE offer when purchasing any Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on any plan between 25th Aug 2023 until 23:59 28th Sept 2023

Once we have dispatched the free gift, DPD will be in touch to let you know when this will be delivered.
