What issues are you experiencing with your Perk account?

Have you just registered, or have you used it before?

If you have just registered, has your email address or ID been verified?

Hi @James_B @no I have been a perks member for years.

when I am trying to log in with my username and password it’s not accepting it. When I try password reset it’s not sending me an email reset. I have checked junk and spam no email.

Hi @Carliewatson,

Are you using the same email address you originally registered with? This won't necessarily be the same one you use to log in to the EE app.
