Cancelling roaming charges online

My daughter is studying in Canada - I bought her an add on that allows her to use her UK allowance whilst she’s out there but service is poor so it’s pointless. Also she can’t send texts so can’t cancel the add on from her phone. I can’t see where I can cancel it in the ee account. Does anyone know if and how it can be done?

@Jeff991 : The Roam Abroad Pass should appear amongst her Add-on & Extras and can be removed from there. It'll still be charged for the full billing month.

Service in foreign countries is provided by EE enabling access to the local network operators.
