      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am continually being shown the above message when verifying my account as part of the process to activate my TNT add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help resolve, this has been going on for over a month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chris,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes it is active and when the system checks, it confirms have this on my account. When the system attempts validate me it accepts my mobile number, sends me a pin, but when I enter the pin, the system returns “technical problems” try again later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve been constantly trying but keeps coming back with the same message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
