Samsung 23 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 6

I had a message last Wednesday saying the watch was being processed and I would receive a message from DPD once it was dispatched.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for DPD to pick up the package?

Hey there download the dpd app using same email and phone number as you’re EE account. You should then be able to follow the package once it’s processed.

If they have tried delivering a couple of times they get fed up and end up sending it back to EE at least that's what they did to my mobile.

CALL 150 . I'm sure they can tell you what's going on.

I found out the issue - so when I upgraded to the S23 Ultra they updated my address details, sent the phone to the correct new address, but for some reason decided to send the gift to the old address. Luckily I was able to make contact and pick it up, infuriating and makes no sense that it was sent there though

Had my mobile for a week and received one text saying it was a few stops away.

So rushed home from work only to receive second text 8 mins later.

Sorry we missed you.

I was not happy.

150 sorted them out.
