Unable to activate discovery +

I'm getting same error message as everyone else WB402.

Tried

Going through phone (samsumg & iphone), tablet, laptop

Tried

Edge, chrome, Firefox, silk

Tried

Wifi on, wifi off

Tried

Via bt link, ee link, link sent on text, full website address on all the above

Turned phone off & on, no difference

Checked I have the add on

If anyone has any idea where to go from here, I'd appreciate any suggestions

Have you both used this service before, or is this the first time? Have you tried activating your account on this TNT Sports page? Are you using the discovery+ app?

I've tried every link known to man. Nothing works. I either get the error code or technical issues

I have Leanne. They don't know how to fix it either, as I'm sure you must be aware given the number of people complaining about this issue.

I came to see if someone had a tweek or suggestion I hadn't tried

It's terrible service 🤷‍♀️

How long have you had the TNT Sports add-on? @Ness66

You can check the date this was activated in your My EE.

What happens if you follow the below steps?

Visit www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus.
Select activate my discovery+ and follow the steps. You'll need to use your BT Sport login details (BT ID).
Then select activate and you'll be taken to 'discovery+' to complete registration.
Once activated, download the discovery+ app or visit discoveryplus.com to enjoy all that discovery+ has to offer.

I've just looked at my ee Leanne & can't see it as an add on, could this be the issue?

Yes, if this is not a active add-on you would need to add this to get set up.

Can you text SPORT to 150 and the reply will let you know the options for adding TNT Sports.

Got an email on Thursday asking me to do everything I've tried already & not heard a thing since.
