NHS PERKS ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Tried accessing NHS PERK discount. EE site says account deactivated as registration was not complete within the allowed time frame. I tried sending email again to activate it however it won't allow me with works email as says email address already registered. So I can't access perk as it won't send a new email yet it says Account deactivated

my nhs discount has been removed i am not happy the bills are too high
