Hi,

Can anyone help. I am trying to validate a Blue Light Card in EE Perks to generate a code, but whenever I submit the picture of the card I receive an email back saying:

"Unfortunately, we won't be able to use this one as we've been unable to identify the details in the image. The following supporting information has been provided by the team: Please refer to Blue Light Discount terms for adding EE Perk"

The image of the card is clearly visible!

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for coming to the community.

The photo ID, would need to be a photo of your work ID card and not the discount card.

Is the work ID card what you have used?
