Tried to reset EE perks password to get a code to upgrade. Won’t let me do it now locked out for 24hrs. Anyone help please

How far did you get with the password reset process before it locked you out?

It kept saying something like password not accepted, then I tried it and it said too may attempts and try again in 24 hrs

OK, thanks @Jlstride. Could you try again on a different device or browser when the 24 hours expires please? If it still doesn't work, please let us know.

I did try to reset password before on iPhone and desktop but to no avail. Later on today 24hrs is up so I’ll try again then.

Hi.

Waited over 24 hrs, wouldn’t reset on iPhone but finally worked on desktop. Now I can get my perks codes to upgrade.
