Trying to log into my Perks account, and it won't accept my password. So I have tried to reset the password and I keep getting the error "unable to reset password"

Now my account is locked for 2r hours.

My contract is due soon so I need access to my Perks account!

Any one know how I can get in?

Did the password reset email go into your spam/junk folder?

I get the reset email, follow the link to reset the password, but the reset fails.

It appears there is something wrong with the perks website judging by the number of issues you are having?

And now my account is locked for 24hours...
